Almeria province has some top class festivals that can be enjoyed all year round. There's always something going on. Don't miss Creamfields or el Fiesta De Moros y Cristianos. Both very different, but both very good.
Every year the legendary Creamfields festival comes to Almeria. This year it will be held on the 12th of August in Playa de Vilaricos.
This is a truly epic festival. This year some of the performances include the Pet Shop Boys, Audio Bullys, Fischerspooner, Radio Soulwax, 2 manydjs, Roger Sanchez, Vitalic live, and Miss Kitten.

The Moros y Cristianoss is one of the most traditional festivals in the Southern and Eastern part of Spain. It celebrates the re-capturing of Spain from the Arabs in the 12th and 13th Century. All the local townspeople dress as either Moors or Christians an re-enact the battle for the capture of the castle. It?s always great fun - with plenty of eating, drinking and excitement for all the family.
